Bathroom water softener with Multiport valve has 3 options like service, regeneration and rinse. Service mode works by gravity force. The water will be filtered by gravity force no electricity is needed. Purified and filtered water should be taken only in service mode.

Regeneration

In regeneration mode dissolved salt is already kept in top of a cylinder. while operating the valve the dissolved salt water enters into the resin so that the calcium was separated and filtered out as waste. After complete separation of salt, then the next mode should be changed. Waste water will also filtered out during the process of regeneration. Rinse:

Rinse is the another phenomenon which involves in the maintenance of water softener. Using the process of rinse the water should be carefully check for any salt water coming from the outlet pipe. Because the water contains the salt mixture already kept in the cylinder. After the complete removal of salt water then the service mode should be operated in bathroom soft water system.
