Refund and Cancellation Policy
We Jei Aqua Tech™ thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the returns and refund requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth:
Upon your purchase of the products through the Company’s Platform https://jeiaquatech.in/, you have the right to place a return request or process a return request on the platform only in case of receiving damaged, defective or significantly different product from what was purchased, late delivery of the product and broken seal of the product received by the Company. The Users can place return requests by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Company upon receiving a return request from you, will ask you to share the pictures of the damaged product clearly showing the defect in the product with the customer care of the company. Only upon satisfaction of the Company’s customer care that the product is damaged, your return request shall be approved.
In the above-mentioned cases, the Company upon satisfaction after receiving the pictures from the User and after the User sends the damaged product back to the Company, shall process the replaced product through courier to the User. The User shall be responsible to bear the costs for the return courier sent by the User.
PROCESSING OF REFUND
The Company shall process a full refund against the purchase made by you in case of receiving damaged, defective or significantly different product from what was purchased, late delivery of the product and broken seal of the product received by the Company. The Refund shall be processed by the Company only upon receiving the damaged product from the User.
All Refund requests shall be made by the User by emailing to email@example.com, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made.
The Refund shall be completed within Fifteen (15) days from the date of refund request made by the User and the money shall be transferred to the original source of payment of the User.
As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing the same.
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
- if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
- in case of unavailability of a service, or
- for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
- if the Company does not want to do business with the User
The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserve the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
